On Home, choose For Sale or To Rent, then select State, City and Area. Use Filters for property group, property type and price range, then tap Search properties. You can refine the same choices again from the results screen.

A green Verified label identifies a listing reviewed through Alakh Realty’s internal listing process. Always review the complete property information and documents before making a financial decision.

Tap the heart on a property to save it. Your saved listings are available from Favourites in the bottom navigation. You need to be logged in so they remain connected to your account.

Enter your Indian mobile number on the login screen and verify the OTP sent to that number. Existing users are signed in immediately; a new user completes their name, email, city and optional referral after verification. Never share your OTP with anyone.

Open Settings and choose Profile. From there you can review your account information and update the fields currently supported by the app.

Open the property and tap Enquire now. Describe exactly what you want to know, such as availability, a site visit or documents, then send it. The enquiry is linked to that property and your account.

The property details screen shows the responsible listing handler. Use Call for direct contact or Enquire now when you want to send a written question connected to the listing.

Open My Alakh on Home and choose View my referrals, or open Settings and choose Referrals. Your registered phone number acts as your referral code, and the page shows your direct referral activity.
